Dear Disability Access Committees, 

Below are the instructions for accessing the list of licensed ASL interpreters on the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) website:

1. Click this link to access the IDPH site:

https://ibplicense.iowa.gov/PublicPortal/Iowa/IBPL/publicsearch/publicsearch.jsp 

2. Under the Board drop down list, select Sign Language Interpreters and Transliterators”. 

3. Enter the City by typing or using the drop down list.

Attached is a video demonstration. Also attached are some etiquette tips to remember when using an ASL interpreter.
