How To: Enter Secondary
Contact Information in eFORCE
Introduction
In many instances, you may need to enter secondary contact information for a client. Suppose a client has a cell phone or work phone number at which he / she can be reached. You should provide contact information for a parent for all transition students.
The following details the steps to add secondary contact information for a client.
Step 1
Open the client’s record in eFORCE.
Step 2
Choose the Demographics link in the Navigation bar.
The Client Demographics page opens.
Step 3
Choose the Additional Contact Info button:
The eFORCE Enter New Address page will open.
Step 4
Complete the eFORCE Enter New Address fields:
Step 5
Press Alt-S or click the Submit button.
